Had a great talk with John Jay Wiley in his highly regarded and widely followed radio show and podcast.We talked about my experiences as a tactical officer in the gang crime unit in Chicago. This included raids on the El Rukn fort back in 1987. These were in response to its plan to take down an airplane from O’Hare Airport.Stemming from the first conspiracy of an American gang to conspire with a foreign government (Libya), this event may portend what lies ahead.
