The Revolution Chronicles – Part II

Do these portend something larger…?

Since my initial chronicle on August 23, 2023, many events or statements have occurred that in the aggregate may indicate something larger is going on. Without editorial comment, let me simply list these are part of my attempt to chronicle the premise of my latest book, You Say You Want a Revolution: A Compelling & Cautionary Tale of What LIes Ahead

Consider these titles and quotes that were taken verbatim from news accounts:

  • RFK Jr Says “There’s Going to Be a Revolution” if America’s Economy Doesn’t Improve

“there’s going to be a revolution” if America’s economy doesn’t improve: “57% of people in this country can’t put their hands on $1000 if they have an emergency. 54% are not making enough money to pay for basic human needs.”

  • Police identify man who set himself ablaze outside Trump trial as 37-year-old from Florida

Max Azzarello, who set himself on fire at Trump’s trial courthouse, identified himself as an investigative researcher. His “Ponzi
Papers” Substack and a video on Instagram urged attention to a perceived fascist coup, calling for revolution

he recently posted a video of himself singing “Start a f—-ing revolution,” mimicking The Battle Hymn of the Republic.

  • GOP House will officially investigate Biden’s dark and shadowy 2020 “color revolution” group…

…The domestic Color Revolution framework hints at something far more dangerous and sinister. George Soros and his Open Society Foundation have played key roles in the Color Revolutions in Eastern Europe, including the famous Orange Revolution and Euromaidan Revolution in the Ukraine, … Mass demonstrations are part of the Color Revolution playbook, especially when they can incite crackdowns that can then be used as further pretext to escalate demonstrations against the target regime.

  • ‘Civil War’ First Reactions From Premiere: “Scary as Hell Cautionary Tale”

…Civil War has raised eyebrows for its timing, coming amid a contentious election year in which President Joe Biden has claimed “democracy is at stake” given his opponent Donald Trump’s history of attempts to subvert election laws. While the idea of a modern-day civil war might seem far-fetched, a 2022 poll by YouGov and the Economist found that 40 percent of Americans believe a new civil war is “at least somewhat likely in the next 10 years.”

  • Maryland city equity official says she wants US to burn to the ground: ‘MY ideology can rise from the ashes’

College Park Equity Officer Kayla Aliese Carter supports “Black liberation” through revolutionary means and said she is working with some activists to plan “how we will eat and live and grow after we burn it all down.” She was hired to be a “Racial Equity Officer” under former Mayor Patrick L. Wojahn, who resigned from office after being arrested for child pornography.

  • A Western Consensus Is Brewing

…However, something fundamental has been shifting beneath our feet.  If you look at how civil conflict has been discussed on websites and internet forums over recent years, a noticeable trend emerges.  Talk of “civil war” between various coalitions of states transformed into calls for “independence” from tyrannical government on par with America’s 1776 founding.  In turn, calls for an American-style “revolution” against government abuse have transformed into the kind of rage against a “permanent ruling class” that existed before the French Revolution and the Reign of Terror…

  • How The Biden Regime Is Using The Taylor Swift Op To Foment A Cultural Color Revolution To Undermine The 2024 Election

…The Left’s response to this mere suggestion says everything: if the Taylor Swift psyop was just another absurd “conspiracy theory” peddled by a handful of “Far-Right” cranks, as every mainstream outlet – from MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell to the New York Times – would have you believe, then what, pray tell, explains the scale of the retaliation by every single powerful mainstream outlet in America, whose rush to “debunk” the theory was noteworthy for how seemingly coordinated it was.  If there was absolutely no credence to the allegation, mainstream media would not waste any time or energy “discrediting” the theory – or risk giving platforms to dissident voices whose opinions they deem anathema in the first place.

  • KNEE-SLAPPER: The Economist Praised Bidenomics as ‘Unfinished Revolution’

The Economist was either trying to have a good sense of humor or was really just dropping serious acid when it celebrated Bidenomics as basically an incomplete, pro-government stroke of genius that just needs four more years to be perfected.

“Bidenomics is an unfinished revolution. What would four more years mean,” read the laughable Jan. 30 Economist headline. The depth to which the outlet went to try to sell Biden as some kind of economics savant was a feat unto itself…

  • Homeschooling Revolution: Leftists Retaliate Against Homeschooling as Parents Flee Degenerate, Failing Public Schools

…“What’s behind the increase in homeschooling?” Weingarten posted on X (formerly Twitter), referencing an article on Axios with the same title. This apparent cluelessness drew snorts of derision from parents all over the nation, who didn’t hold back on their responses by the thousands – so much so that Weingarten turned off replies to her post…

Educators can play dumb all they want, but of course we all know the real reason behind the hostility toward the homeschooling movement: The manic desire to keep children within their clutches. For this reason, I pray every parent in the nation finds some way to educate their children outside of public schools. Only by starving the beast can their agenda be disrupted.

  • Radical climate activist endorses blowing up pipelines in startling interview, admits people could be killed

Climate activism ‘unfortunately’ far off from blowing up thousand pipelines per year, Andreas Malm tells New York Times…

  • Biden ‘Saves’ Democracy by Destroying it

… In sum, the Left is creating historic, anti-democratic precedents that will someday boomerang on Democrats should Republicans win the November election and follow the new Democrat model of extra-legal politics.

Democrats are tearing apart the country in a manner not seen since the Civil War era—apparently convinced democracy cannot be trusted and so itself must be sacrificed as the price of destroying Donald Trump.

  • Joe Biden certainly knows how to wield his ‘power’ — to transform the country for the worse

… Power is all Biden has ever cared about. In his dismal first speech of the election season near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, on Friday, Biden used the word 13 times. He said “insurrection” or “insurrectionists” 11 times, because that is how he intends to hang on to power, by fashioning his entire campaign pitch around Jan. 6 and Trump’s threat to “democracy.” …

“Democracy” came up 30 times in Biden’s speech, too. Apparently it’s “on the ballot.” “The alternative to democracy is dictatorship,” he thundered…

  • Biden, in Valley Forge speech, hits Trump hard as threat to democracy

… Biden spoke at a community college about 10 miles from Valley Forge National Historical Park, where George Washington mobilized troops during the Revolutionary War to fight for democracy some 250 years ago. The president’s remarks came on the eve of the anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, when a Trump-inspired mob stormed the U.S. Capitol and attempted to prevent Biden from taking office despite his clear victory in the 2020 election… http://Biden, in Valley Forge speech, hits Trump hard as threat to democracy (

  • The Trump Revolution Among U.S. Evangelicals

… Evangelical Christianity is undergoing a populist revolution. Long in the making but catalyzed by the rise of Trump, this shift has inspired many evangelicals to reject their own elites and take a more militant posture against perceived enemies. At a growing number of churches, evangelicals hear sermons on a range of controversial political subjects, from border security to gun rights.

Preaching to a flock of several dozen people this summer in eastern Tennessee, pastor Shahram Hadian denounced vaccine mandates, voiced doubts about the results of the 2020 presidential race and said that Trump’s poll numbers were rising, despite multiple indictments, because a remnant of people still loyal to God were finally waking up…

  • BLM: The Making of a New Marxist Revolution

Book published by Mike Gonzalez, described as

“The George Floyd riots that have precipitated great changes throughout American society were not spontaneous events. Americans did not suddenly rise up in righteous anger, take to the streets, and demand not just that police departments be defunded but that all the structures, institutions, and systems of the United States―all supposedly racist―be overhauled…”

  • The single greatest threat to America is hiding in plain sight

Many now question democracy as a sustainable system of government. It represents the single greatest threat to this nation: a citizenry that has lost faith not just with our system of government but with each other.

The polls by the University of Virginia Center for Politics shows a nation at war with itself. Fifty-two percent of Biden supporters say Republicans are now a threat to American life while 47 percent of Trump supporters say the same about Democrats…

Faith is the one thing that no system of government can do without. Without faith in the underlying values of a constitutional system, authority rests on a mix of coercion and capitulation… In the end, a constitution remains a covenant not between citizens and their government but between each other as citizens. It demands a leap of faith; a commitment that despite our differences we will defend the rights of our neighbors…

Philosopher John Stuart Mill warned in 1867 that all it takes for evil to prevail is for “good men [to] look on and do nothing.” We are now in an existential struggle to preserve the values that founded the most successful constitutional system in the history of the world. It is our legacy that now can be either boldly defended by a grateful people or lost in the whimper of a disinterested generation. http://The single greatest threat to America is hiding in plain sight | Fox News

  • Dostoevsky Knew: It Can Happen Here…Some people who cheer Hamas’s atrocities would surely be capable of committing similar acts if given an opportunity.

As I read about Harvard students demonstrating in favor of Hamas and educated people proclaiming that “decolonization” should be pursued “by any means necessary,” I thought of Dostoevsky’s reaction, a century and a half ago, to atrocities committed by the Ottomans as they suppressed uprisings among their Slavic subjects. This was a case, apparently unknown to today’s “decolonizers,” in which a Muslim empire persecuted colonized Christians… If it seems that only uncivilized people could be such sadists, Dostoevsky cautions, know that the same thing could happen among civilized Europeans as well. “For the moment it is still against the law,” he writes, “but were it to depend on us, perhaps, nothing would stop us despite all our civilization.” …

Dostoevsky adds that there is no need to resort to examples from the past because the same dynamic can occur in any place at any time that allows the dark side of human nature to show itself, clad in the language of whatever passes for progressive and enlightened. “Believe me,” Dostoevsky addresses his readers, “the most complete aberration of human hearts and minds is always possible.” …

“Ideology—that is what gives evil-doing its long-sought justification and gives the evil-doer the necessary steadfastness and determination . . . so that he won’t hear reproaches and curses but receive praise and honors.”

I have heard commentators worried that cancel culture and suppression of diverse opinions might lead to a “soft totalitarianism.” If only. We need to recognize that some of those who justify Hamas’s atrocities would be ready to perform them against their designated enemies. And unlike Dostoevsky’s Turks or today’s Hamas, they would have high-tech means at their disposal to extend their reach. I fear that the horrors of the 20th century may prove only a foretaste of much worse in the near future. http://Dostoevsky Knew: It Can Happen Here – WSJ

  • Netanyahu warns of potential ‘eruption of AI-driven wars’ that could lead to ‘unimaginable’ consequences

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned the world is on the cusp of an artificial intelligence revolution that could launch nations into prosperous times or lead to all-out destruction fueled by devastating high-tech wars.

“The AI revolution is progressing at lightning speed,” Netanyahu said during his U.N. General Assembly speech last week. “It took centuries for humanity to adapt to the agricultural revolution. It took decades to adapt to the industrial revolution. We may have but a few years to adapt to the AI revolution.” …

  • WEF Leader Klaus Schwab Worried About Peasants Waging ‘Revolution Against the System’

What we have seen in the elections in the United States, in the Brexit vote, this anger of people against globalization and against the elites. If you look what is happening in the United States… you have this anti-system movement. What we are seeing is a revolution against the system. It’s dismantling the system…

  • Colorado middle-schooler kicked out of class for ‘Don’t tread on me’ patch that teacher claims originated with slavery

A Colorado middle schooler was reportedly kicked out of class for having several patches on his backpack, including one of a Gadsden flag — sparking a social media uproar…However, the mom replies that the Gadsden flag’s origins can actually be traced to the Revolutionary War — not slavery… http://Colorado middle-schooler kicked out of class for ‘Don’t tread on me’ Gadsden flag patch that teacher claims originated with slavery (

  • Marxist teacher who called for ‘forceful cultural revolution’ lands seat on state legislature

A Marxist teacher from Colorado, who called for a “FORCEFUL Cultural Revolution” against “Whiteness,” was voted in by Democrats to fill an open state House of Representatives seat on 8-28-23…

“Your [communist] theory will not save you. The revolution… will happen in the hood. It will not be led by who understand Lenin best, it will not be led by the deepest Marxists. The revolution will be led by the people…. And I say all of this because I’m a teacher.”
