Corporate/Legal Counsel Work

  • Extensive knowledge in contracts, policy development, due diligence, administrative proceedings, civil rights/employment discrimination litigation, and labor negotiations.
  • Providing counsel on public safety and security laws and regulations to corporations, police agencies, security firms, associations, and litigation attorneys.
  • Developing and facilitating corporate governance, financial operations, administrative structures, and legal documents.
  • Securing insurance and risk management protections and directing security protocols and programs for multiple corporations.
  • Provided legal advice and guidance to non-denominational religious organization with members in 50+ countries along with managing corporations in four foreign countries.

Transactional Work 

  • Closing over 500 property and financial transactions.
  • Negotiating labor agreements involving police contracts with eight political entities pursuant to authority vested through the Illinois Labor Board.
  • Negotiating and drafting thousands of contracts plus scores of policies.

Litigation Work

  • Conducting over 700 depositions in federal, state and administration cases.
  • Conducting twenty trials in state courts, police commissions & the Illinois Labor Board.
