Corporate/Legal Counsel Work
- Extensive knowledge in contracts, policy development, due diligence, administrative proceedings, civil rights/employment discrimination litigation, and labor negotiations.
- Providing counsel on public safety and security laws and regulations to corporations, police agencies, security firms, associations, and litigation attorneys.
- Developing and facilitating corporate governance, financial operations, administrative structures, and legal documents.
- Securing insurance and risk management protections and directing security protocols and programs for multiple corporations.
- Provided legal advice and guidance to non-denominational religious organization with members in 50+ countries along with managing corporations in four foreign countries.
Transactional Work
- Closing over 500 property and financial transactions.
- Negotiating labor agreements involving police contracts with eight political entities pursuant to authority vested through the Illinois Labor Board.
- Negotiating and drafting thousands of contracts plus scores of policies.

- Conducting twenty trials in state courts, police commissions & the Illinois Labor Board.
